East Nusa Tenggara have a wonderful attraction. One of them is Kelimutu Lake is located in Ende. The lake is located in Mount Kelimutu is actually the three craters on the mountain top. However, because of its shape like a lake, making the crater is called the Kelimutu Lake. Kelimutu Lake is slightly different from other lakes, because of the color they have.
The specialty of Kelimutu Lake is the color of the water to change color. Actually change the color of the water in the lake due to the refraction of sunlight. In addition, the presence of micro-water biota of the lake and the reflection color of the walls of the support changes the color of the lake.
Kelimutu Lake itself consists of three lakes at the top of Mount Kelimutu. Each lake has its own name, namely Tiwu Mbupu Ata (parent lake), Nua Muri Tiwu Ko’o Fai (Lake of young people), and Tiwu Ata Polo (lake soothsayer).
To reach this place, visitors can set out from Kupang to use the aircraft to the city of Ende, Flores, takes about 40 minutes. Upon arrival in Ende, you can continue the journey by public transport in the form of a mini bus to the village of Kaonara. Distance from Town End Eke Kaonara village is about 93 miles and takes approximately 3 hours travel time.

Lake Toba in English is the largest volcanic lake in the world and is in Sumatra, Indonesia. Samosir island within the lake is the island within the island of Sumatra. Danau Toba is an immense volcanic lake covering an area of 1,707 sq km (1,000 sq km bigger than Singapore) with an island in the center. Formed by a gigantic volcanic eruption some 70,000 years ago, it is probably the largest resurgent caldera on Earth.

Danau Toba is the largest lake in South East Asia and also one of the most spectacular, surrounded by tall mountains and with the large island of Samosir in the middle. If we descend from the mountain we see the lake glittering in all its beauty. The Dutch writer Rudy Kousbroek even called Lake Toba, ‘the most beautiful place on earth. Most visitors stay on the peninsula of Tuk Tuk on Samosir, named after the linguist Herman Neubronner van der Tuuk.
